Yes! Our products are safe for all skin types including people with sensitive and allergy prone skin.
Although our hand-made, non-irritating, natural products can typically be used WITHOUT ANY adverse reactions, you should always do a "patch test" if you have any concerns.
* Always make sure to check and follow the label directions for usage.
Most of our products can be used daily as part of your regular skincare routine - once in morning & once at night for the FaceTime Cleanser and Elegance Serum. Exfoliants (sugar scrubs) can be used 2-3X/wk.Soaps and Body Oil can be used as needed.
Our products are made with extracts from different plants, fruit, seeds, and tree nuts. If you have an allergic or adverse reaction to these type of items please check the list of ingredients prior to purchase. Otherwise, since our ingredients are all natural, it is unlikely you will develop any irritations or allergic reactions.
You should always do a "patch test" prior to full application whenever trying any new product. If you experience any allergic reaction we recommend you discontinue use immediately.
Orders will be processed within 5-10 business days (but are typically processed sooner) and shipping will most likely take an additional 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, or shipped on weekend or Holidays.
*Please keep in mind all products are hand-made to order (just for you), so delays may apply during Holidays and peak seasons.

Refunds/Return Policy Notice
We do our best to provide products of the highest quality that offer superb results and a luxurious experience. Tal-ise Skincare products are made to order just for you, so all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products unless it arrives to you damaged, defective or broken. If that happens returns will be handled on a "case by case" basis. You will be required to send a photo of the item(s) to customercare@taliseskin within 24 hrs of receipt. (We may also ask you to send us the broken item.) Please reach out to us via the contact form on the "contact" page with any questions, concerns, or product discrepancies. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
If your tracking info says your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier. We are not liable for any products lost or stolen after delivery.
We ship via USPS First Class Mail and prices are dictated by them.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
